    My special interest is working with people experiencing neurodevelopmental characteristics (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism), specifically the presentation, diagnostics and treatment in women. Additionally, I have worked with people diagnosed with psychotic disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder), mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder) and anxiety disorders. I have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of other mental disorders. Since university I have been interested in the possibilities of using psychedelics in psychiatric treatment.

    My special interest is working with individuals who have mood and anxiety disorders, as well as trauma spectrum disorders. I also treat psychosomatic syndromes (including chronic pain) and eating disorders. I have experience in diagnosing and treating various mental and behavioral disorders and consider supporting mental health through a holistic and individualized approach to be important. In my daily work, I value a trusting therapeutic relationship, evidence-based medicine, and collaboration with specialists from different fields. 

    I primarily work with adults.

    As a psychiatrist I have extensive experience primarily the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma spectrum disorders (PTSD) and addiction disorders. My special interest has long been in the potential use of psychedelics in psychiatric treatment, and I currently practice ketamine-assisted psychedelic therapy. I also provide harm reduction counseling for drug (including psychedelic) use.

    Occupational therapist

    As an occupational therapist, I have experience with children, young people and adults mainly in the context of trauma, psychotic disorders, personality difficulties and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). My special interest is sensory integration and processing assessment and therapy. In addition to occupational therapy methods, I use narrative therapy practices.

    I work with children aged 14+ and adults.

  • Johanna Hark

    Clinical psychologist

    I can support with anxiety and mood disorders, low self-esteem and relationship problems. I have lengthy experience and versatile knowledge in assessing neurodevelopmental peculiarities and supporting coping with them.

    As a psychologist, I consider it important to create a non-judgemental and supportive environment for the person to access hidden parts and resources within themselves.

    I work individually with adults.

  • Mari Munk-Uusväli

    Clinical psychologist

    I have experience primarily in the fields of mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and substance use disorders. In addition, I am interested in the treatment of individuals with borderline personality disorder. In my work, I consider it important to approach each person according to their individual needs, based on their personal goals and resources. I also value creating a safe and trustworthy environment where a person has the space to be themselves and share their experiences without judgment.

    I work with both adults and adolescents.

    My special interest lies in neurodevelopmental differences, particularly in identifying the characteristics and challenges associated with the autism spectrum and finding effective coping strategies. I also work with individuals diagnosed with psychotic spectrum disorders, as well as those experiencing mood and anxiety disorders. I firmly believe that understanding oneself, recognizing the impact of various environments and situations, and being aware of one’s own influence on others can help prevent difficult situations and reactions, and improve overall functioning. 

    I work with both adults and adolescents and welcome the relatives of individuals with mental health disorders to my practice.

    In my work, I value a therapeutic relationship that is accepting, open, sincere, and constructive, based on the individual’s needs. During sessions, we strive to interpret, understand, and reflect on the psychological inner world in which a person lives, aiming to uncover the factors that prevent them from living life as they truly wish or feel inside. My primary interest lies in the psychoanalytic perspective, both in therapy and research contexts.

    I am licensed to conduct psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

We use innovative treatment methods
